MALCOM RCP-600 REFLOW PROFILER


Malcom Reflow Profilers have been indispensable to the temperature management of reflow ovens. Smaller and lighter than previous models, new functions are also incorporated into the newest version.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:
  • Memory unit is smaller (6ch, width = 52mm) and 70% lighter than old models, keeping its high heat resistancy.
  • No interface unit to transfer data to a PC. Now uses a direct USB connection.
  • The optional cooling unit cools the memory unit effectively after coming out of the reflow oven.
  • Temperature accuracy is +/- 1˚C (excluding thermocouple accuracy)
  • The new temperature analysis program includes statistical management system, as well as temperature prediction functions.
